Culinary accessories widely used by Italian chefs, the Ricciolo can easily and quickly drain any type of vegetables (carrot, potato, onion, zucchini) at the same time creating spirals with hearts of vegetables, for decoration dishes. Mix colors and flavors with creativity!
Put the handle on the Ricciolo and insert the tip into the center of the vegetable or fruit then screw gently pushing in a clockwise circle, until the tool exits the ring on the opposite side. After removing the handle, remove the pan on the opposite side, then unscrew (don't pull to avoid breaking the spiral) in a clockwise direction.
