The bistouquette extract the juice from citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit, etc ...), very recommended to use with fish, oysters or seafood.
Use the teeth of the bistouquette top to take out the first skin of the fruit.
Then screw in the lemon like it was a screw and then you only have to press the fruit to extract all the juice, which can be poured without spilling nothing.
Close the cap and put the lemon in the fridge to preserve it, you can use it again later.
The bistouquette is so efficient and practice that you won’t conceive then to serve the lemon otherwise !
